• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups white sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups diced bananas
• 1 cup corn oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

• Measure flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, and salt, and sift together.
• Dice bananas and add to dry ingredients with oil ,vanilla, eggs, raisins, water, and nuts. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
